Unwanted Panic is usually triggered by a failing processor module, or a failing Panic on / off membrane.

If your processor has blocks on it, or is making a ticking sound and constantly restarting, submit a new ticket and we can setup a repair.

Panic Membrane Fix.

Unscrew the circled screws and slide the crate out. The panic button is plugged in with the circled ribbon cable. Pull straight up on it. Hopefully it quits jumping to panic. If this helps the issue, unfortunately you have completed the permanent fix.

There is a remote contact for panic if you want to add a switch to at a later time.

The photos below show the screw locations as well as the ribbon to remove. If you have a hard plastic panic button, there is no ribbon, please submit a ticket and we will help with next steps.
